Jeff is the Managing Partner of JSG. He brings close to twenty years of executive search/recruitment experience to help service the needs of his clients and candidates. Jeff enjoys working with clients and candidates in building long-term relationships, based on trust and integrity. When Jeff is not matching exceptional candidates with leading companies, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports and volunteering with local and national charitable organizations. Jourdan Johnston
Partner
Jourdan is a Partner at JSG and serves as a primary Sourcer and Recruiter, responsible for locating and identifying leading candidates in their field. Jourdan prides himself on developing relationships that benefit his candidates and helps them grow, both personally and professionally.
